Jane Anne Grzadzielewski, daughter of Gary and Elizabeth Grzadzielewski, died peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2022, under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley and All Embracing Home Care.

Jane was born on Halloween in 1975. She was raised in Ardoch and graduated from Midway High School. Jane had excellent culinary skills which she used while managing various kitchens in the area. She was most recently managing the kitchen at the Wild Hog before her health forced her to stop working.

She received her sacraments at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Ardoch. She enjoyed spending time with her friends. She enjoyed socializing, speaking her mind, reading and spending time with her family. She was especially fond of her nieces and nephews. Jane liked nice things, decorating her home and having beautiful nails. Jane also enjoyed watching sporting events. She was a fan of the Arizona Cardinals and the Bison. She enjoyed traveling when she could and her one wish was time at the beach which was fulfilled on a trip to San Diego with her cousins and sister in the fall of 2017. She was most proud of growing up on the farm and being raised a tough country girl.

Jane is survived by her parents, Gary and Elizabeth; brother, Paul (Leann) Grzadzielewski; sister, Katie (Paul) Osowski; sister- in- law, Michelle ( Paul) Byzewski; several nieces and nephews: Shelby ( Johnny) Streiff, Oliver, Phillip, Easton, Axel, Garet (Montanna McGillis) Grzadzielewski, Kierstyn Grzadzielewski, Rylan, Marek, Jillian and Gabrielle Osowski, her son, Austin Foster; as well as many loving cousins, aunts, uncles, friends and employees.

She was preceded and welcomed into death by her brother, Michael; grandparents, Sylvester and Eleanor Grzadzielewski and RB and Rhoda Franklin; nephews, Paul Michael and Grant Thomas.

Mass of Christian Burial was Monday, Sept. 19, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Minto. Visitation was Sunday from 5-7 p.m., with a prayer service at 7 p.m. at the church. Interment will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery of Minto. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery of Minto, St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery of Ardoch or the Prairie Home Cemetery of Gilby.

The family of Jane wishes to extend a huge gratitude to the staff at Altru Hospital including Drs. Dentchev, Seeger and Darko. The staff at Integrity Homecare, All Embracing Home Care, Hospice of the Red River Valley, Home Therapy Solutions, UND Northern Prairie Community Clinic and Robin Nadeau. The family wishes to extend our deep gratitude to our communities. We are forever grateful for Jane’s benefit, prayers, kind words and support through her journey of the last six years. Thank you.
