Felony aiding and abetting a felony theft and gross misdemeanor fifth degree controlled substance crime

On April 2 at 12:11 a.m., police received a report of suspicious people at Walmart. Brett Evan Anderson, 35, East Grand Forks, and Tanya Lynn Aery, 28, Thief River Falls, have both been charged with felony aiding and abetting a felony theft, and gross misdemeanor fifth degree controlled substance crime. Christian Leigh Hagen, 40, Thief River Falls, has been charged with felony aiding and abetting a felony theft. They were arrested. Walmart employees allegedly saw the three people “working together as a team, putting items in bags, cutting off price tags, putting items in a cart and concealing the items.” At one point, Anderson showed them how to remove the security tags. Police remained outside the store in the event the three of them left the building, according to the complaints. About two and a half hours later, employees told police that Aery and Hagen were leaving the store without paying for merchandise. They were soon joined by Anderson, who paid for a few items. Police confiscated 256 stolen items totalling $1,250.78. Aery allegedly possessed a hypodermic needle containing suspected methamphetamine and a gram-type bag with suspected meth residue. Anderson possessed a glass pipe with suspected meth residue. Police also found a green pill bottle containing marijuana drug paraphernalia in the center console of the vehicle.

Theft

On April 8 at 2:38 p.m., the sheriff’s office received a report of a theft at 12250 Center St. E., Goodridge. Someone had stolen a tailgate from a 2005 Ford Super Duty pickup truck. The tailgate was charcoal gray and had a C&M Ford sticker.

Burglary

On March 31 at 10:20 a.m., police received a report of a burglary at 307 Oriole Ave. Someone had stolen toolboxes containing tools. The items had been in a garage at the time.

Theft

On April 1 at 6:16 p.m., police received a report of a theft at 103 Tindolph Ave. N. Someone had stolen some pills and a jar of change.

Possession of drug paraphernalia

On April 2 at 8:06 a.m., the sheriff’s office performed a traffic stop near the intersection of Highways 219 and 1 near Goodridge. Elliot Tanner Hart, 35, Staples, has been cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Theft

On April 8 at 12:13 a.m., the sheriff’s office received a report of a theft at Falls Cinema. Someone had stolen a blue HP laptop computer.

On April 8 at 1:39 p.m., police received a report of a theft at Pennington Main. Bobbi Jo Przybylski, 28, Stephen, has been cited for theft. She allegedly drove away without paying for gasoline. The report indicated that she said she had forgotten her wallet.

Theft

On April 9 at 9:28 p.m., police received a report of a theft at 422 Horace Ave. N. Someone had stolen clonazepam and sertraline.

Driving after revocation –inimical to public safety

On April 9 at 10:51 p.m., a state trooper reported suspicious activity in the 900 block of Atlantic Ave. N. Peter Zarkoff, 37, Gully, has charges pending for driving after revocation – inimical to public safety. He was arrested.

Domestic assault and disorderly conduct

On April 9 at 11:06 p.m., police received a report of a domestic assault at Northland Village, 1510 Hwy. 1 E. Thomas T-Boy Momo, 32, Thief River Falls, has been cited for domestic assault and disorderly conduct. He was arrested. Momo allegedly slammed items around the apartment and put holes in a wall. Children were present at the time.
